Good morning, Bob. Just talked to Steve Cayou at Travis Ind. He was a very personable, upbeat person and this is the facts. Press release coming out before market close today. Could not discuss particulars of release but indicated it was very positive and recommended that I hold my shares as there will be regular, perhaps weekly releases as acquisitions evolve. I believe Planet Sports/Travis is a sure thing and Next Level acquisition is just needing to get a final draft to be settled. Indicated he would explain the agreement with J.C. Penney and other sporting goods retailers. He had to answer the phone 4 times while I was talking to him so it was not a good time to discuss anything in detail, especially in advance of the press release. Regards, Jim
