I was hoping we might fall under the following: "and those that might contribute to the success of the company" I can dream can't I?? Regarding the sales literature on the Tempest - I agree, it is first class and cuts right to the chase for those reading it. Read the brochure and you know enough about IP Phones, and their potential savings, to be curious and asking for more. Nice work Frank! - Pat
