The way he slammed his rifle butt down after he shot lead me to believe he was really pissed off. The question is why?

Now we know the SS knew the shooter was roaming around up to an hour prior to taking the shot(police spotted him and sent out the alert) and the SS had designated that roof top as the PRIMARY high ground spot in the entire venue. It was supposed to be staffed.
