Joe, I agree. While there is danger of common dilution with this preferred, RNTK has proven it takes out preferred shares as quickly as possible if it has the cash to do so. If RNTK does indeed make a new acquisition that will provide it cash flow, one of the first things the company probably do is buy back the preferreds -- this is what it did recently with its previous convertible stock. However, this is I admit an optimistic outlook and may not pan out this way. However, we all know RNTK is a very risky stock and there is danger. If TX or more acquisitions don't pan out, we could be screwed common shareholders. I for one don't believe the latter pessimistic scenario will happen as there is a real need for RNTK technology. One only has to look at SHLO to see the basis for our optimistic outlook on RNTK. Good luck people.... S
