legally impossible with impunity,
anyway.

unless, of course, any overtures
literally post-date the buying.what if
such a scenario did occur, i wonder:
it would be very hard to establish arms
length insider activity, even if it were the
case; in close poximity, such buying would
bear close scrutiny, but wouldn't you think
this is sure to have happened in the recent
past to some one.

after all, there have been a flurry of mergers,
and insider buying seems to have been on the
rise for a while now...
