You can add more judges to speed up the process, and you can tighten up requirements to cut down on the number who get accepted, but... both of those were part of the bi-partisan Lankford Bill that Trump killed...oops, stopped. You could also add more detention centers, altho I suspect never enough. Cue Brandon, stage whisper... "Guess what? We did. Trump stopped that, too." The bill provides funding to build the wall, increase technology at the border, and add more detention beds, more agents, and more deportation flights.
