Thanks Jack. (I can relate to the 'agita') :-) I have no new information concerning the decision. I can only go by what has been already discussed here concerning the Bloomberg article. Judge Gomez says 'very soon' so I think it will be either today or week after next. It is interesting that Carson did not send out an update this morning (he usually sends one out every morning). Could it be that he's busy at a certain courthouse? :-) We shall see. Ciao.
