That I agree with. The case has been pushed back by at least a year, if not two.

All because of a technicality, which was decided on rather arbitrarily by Judge Cannon.

There's a chance that the 11th circuit court of appeals may reverse her decision, but even then, the delay is inevitable.

Why does it have to be approve by the Senate when the alleged crime took place after his Presidency ?
