The BAT plebiscite continues. Representatives of both sides of
the issue continue in their attempts to sway the investing public.
On one side we see Big Business supported by media sycophants.
On the other, we see Joe Ordinary Guy struggling for success.
The investors sit in front of their computer screens voting with each
electronic order or call to their broker. Each member of the jury has
a vested interest in making a profit from this trial in the crucible of
public opinion. Joe Ordinary Guy has taken some severe criticism
from the sycophants, but has apparently gained favor with the
jury. What will be the denouement of this plebiscite? Will truth be
served? Day by day, the balance of truth is shifted by the revelations
from both sides. I personally support Joe Ordinary Guy. But will other
investors join me in my support? Will they interpret the articles as
negative or positive? Will they perceive the conservative engineering
of the BAT Super Car as the way into the 21st Century, or will they
wait for a glitzy Chrysler product at twice the price? How can Joe
Ordinary Guy shift the sympathies of the media towards his company?
The plebiscite continues...
