Bill, You don’t know the quality of the evidence since you never saw any. You're making silly arguments because you seem obsessed with "winning" an online debate. I've seen the news reports. I've seen what was reported regarding the audio, the additional documents that Trump failed to turn over, and Trump's own excuses which are completely inconsistent with pretty much everything. Moreover, I remember how YOU argued for the legality of Trump retaining those documents, even though Trump himself seemed to know that he was doing something illegal. Finally, that bullshit over "mentally declassifying all the documents" or "categorizing them as personal items" doesn't even pass the smell test. Now you want to pretend that I'm blind and that I'm making shit up. Sorry, but that doesn't fly here. You're lucky that Judge Cannon threw out the case on a technicality, which you can now amplify as a cOrE cOnStItUtIoNaL cOnCePt. Even though Judge Cannon pretty much ignored what most other judges, including the Supreme Court under Warren Burger (US vs. Nixon), said on the issue. Tenchusatsu
