Trump would have never been prosecuted if he wasn’t guilty of inciting an insurrection, sending angry rioting crowd on Capitol wanting to execute VP and the Speaker of the House by hanging and causing curfew in DC area for many days in January 2021. If you think Trump will survive until January next year you are kidding yourself. Deep State has pro snipers like in the movie “shooter”. Trump is a dead man walking. The RNC should replace him with his VP.
