Ike, well I am looking for an exuberant post like this from you to check for the signs of reversal. -g-
Run Karluk run--- INTC comes back with a big 'bhumbo'---- INTC above 90 and going higher SOX 316 and divergence as projected on SOX- SPA unfolding----bhumbo approaching SOX 320 like it approached SPA 1000---- slowly and steady-- TLAB CPQ INTC all moving in tandem.

I too think that Kurlak is an idiot. But, for once he is telling the truth about semiconductors. Re. Intel, I don't know if the stock nose dive or headed to 120, but heavy insider sales make me suspicious about a sustained rally in the stock.

BTW, doesn't it bother you that Intel now earns less than what it did last year with a mere 1% gain in sales - yet the stock is more than 20% higher than what it was a year ago? On top of that, around the world there is much less borrowed money today than a year ago. So the PC sales growth will be in check.

What do you think of the trade gap? It is definitely a plus for inflation but not good for corporate profits. I think the Feds will have to raise the rates to reduce the impact of rising trade deficit on the dollar.

Despite increasing my long positions (a majority of which I sold today) from January, I am still bearish on the US market.
