If the cable companies that own and distribute @Home want to promote it, they can do it at no cost by running commercials in unsold local positions on their own systems. There are plenty of these available daily, and there's no better way to reach their subscribers besides statement-stuffers.

There's no problem with demand. There's more demand than they can handle for now.
