Usually buybacks are done on the open market through brokers and would therefore be reported. Wedbush Morgan's 1 million shares is up from 600k in December, so not all, if any, of that is likely to be a buyback.

And why would Radica buy through them anyway? I know they are the broker for a large, but passive, investor in Radica, is there another connection to the company?
