AMZN FORM 144 watch: 9 so far..... 2 More form 144's were filed on Feb. 18th edgar-online.com. Please note that form 144's (the registration of insider stock so that it may be sold) is NOT an electronic Edgar filing. Edgar online collects these at the end of the day a publishes MOST of them. There were 2 form 144's filed last year. One on Nov. 21 for 802,527 shares and another on Nov. 28 for 167,000 shares that were not published on Edgar. Expect the filings to continue and the form 4's showing the actual sales to be coming soon..............;^)
