"[Q??: do either these 17 total licenses which represent 33 channels or the 11 FCC "free" licenses which represent 29 channels, add 10% to WCII's existing licenses or channels??]

Here's what some of these added: ..."

Just to be clear, your numbers are not what was added, but rather the new total in each market.

The added bandwidth:
300 MHz in Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Cinncinnati, Houston, Spokane, Buffalo, Seattle
200 MHz in Miami, New York, St. Louis, Dallas
100 MHz in Boston, Colorado Springs, Richmond, Tucson

This amounts to pretty close to a 10% increase;
374 licenses to 407
800,000,000 channel pops to 875,000,000

Since the gains are mostly in major markets, it ought to represent close to a 10% increase in license value also.

PS re my crystal ball, I see 45 in April. March is kind of fuzzy.
