Tom,

Thanks for the information on the financing. It is reassuring when people like you confirm that Ancor did a good job this time around.

It also appears as if we might see less dilution than 10%, which would also be good. It might not be perfect, but it's better than the last time. <g>

Craig

<<....... Then, the old practice of shorting the stock when it is high, converting at a lower price and covering the short. Nasty
practice....... I've seen these preferreds damage a company and a stock permenately, this is the new 90's financing technique.>>

Tom,

Intelect Communications (ICOM) just closed, what appears to me to be a very well structured convertible preferred private placement and credit facility. Prohibition of short selling was one of the terms of the financing. ICOM is burning bright on my radar but I digress... <g>

Craig S and Tom D,

Thanks for the great questions on the CC. I got a kick out of Mr. Paine Webba' putting in a good word for his homeboys down under.

ANCR's trading today looks fantastic. Bounced off 200 DMA, right back to Mr. $8. It's building up a very solid base of support in this area. Why did the Street completely dismiss the earnings report? Because Ken and Cal reiterated that FC storage revenues are still due to ramp significantly in the second half of '98. That's six months away. A close enough time period to satisfy the speculators IMHO.
