RE: Zip in Sub $1000 Compaq

I brought this point up last Q and no one bothered to discuss it any further. When I saw Zip's in the low end, I questioned whether they were giving these drives below cost and judgeing from what I head on the CC I was right.

With the Sub $1000 pc's, you know they are giving these drives below cost, which is fine with me, however, is the tie ratio going to decline further?
