BAT will step up to the plate and release news on its patent filing tomorrow. Idiots will drive BAT to a 69 million dollar company without a contract. Everybody will cheer, GO BAAT! For those asking about shrs outstanding, last call was 69 million. But we will not know what's out there until the SEC has its say. Brother Joe is said to own 8 million between him and trusts for his kids.

David, If you knew me you would not be so harsh. I do have a source that says contracts are waiting. This SEC thing has put a hold on everything. I am posting everyday on CW as to progress of BAAT. I am in with 40,000 shares average .87 I could get out now without being hurt, but I do believe that when the announcment comes that thay are cleared by the SEC, this thing will fly again. The rest of the world knows this also or the price would not be going up daily. People are in love with BAAT. BIG DOG
