The premise, the Trump is of low character based on a dirty joke, is an absurdity. We have an entire industry of people who tell dirty jokes for a living and draw massive crowds, sometimes filling arenas. And that is not to mention youtube and other Internet outlets. An entire job classification within entertainment today is that of dirty joke telling.

This prudish claim on the parts of the left is an absurdity.

An adult male would have to be quite the outlier to conclude that a person is of low character based on dirty jokes. Particularly, twenty or thirty years ago before the "woke mind virus" existed.

While I agree there is a proper time and place for it, the notion that it represents "low character" is just ridiculous.

This sounds like ridiculous high-minded cosmopolitanism to me.

But where does that leave E. Jean Carrol, a professional dirty joke writer?
