I've been using that obvious argument with him for years in all sorts of contexts, one of the many simple points of common sense and logic that just don't register. He favors the "logic" of they are evil, ergo they are evil. Can't crack it.

What you are ignoring is that the Deep State controls all of those mechanisms. So they will just "fix" the records.
