Ken, what you could try is either abstain from D3 for a few months or reduce it to half or so, then have your calcium checked.

ken i have been taking 5000 d3 since bill put it on the thread. i have 90 reading for calcium. border line . My teeth according to my dentist are like a 50 year year old. i assume that is were it went. ha. i also take k2 i thought that was to make sure d3 didn't build up in your arteries.

I had a heart scan 6 months ago and the results were three completely clear and one 25% blockage. the doctor was very impressed and said keep doing what you are doing. I was in florida with a terrible congestion problem. i think it was related to a shot i got at penn before i left. you know one of those to keep us old farts healthy. It happened to me last year after driving down from pa. My objective is to skip it this time.

good to hear from you. John

Hi Ken. Have you tested the D3 level of your blood?
