This is old and post was removed from Reddit. Guy sent out 100 identical applications with his real resume as a man, and as a woman in software field. Male applications received 7 interviews, while women received 45 invitations to interview. 650% difference. He did the same with a fake resume for restaurant-server, hosting type job. The male resume got 10 responses, and the female resume got 87 responses.
