Steve, I wonder how quickly the financing documents will be available from the SEC web site? At first glance, this deal sure seems better than the last Reg D, but I'd still like someone to go over the documents to be sure. Remember, last time we thought we had it all figured out too. <g> At least they didn't wait so long that it turned into a financial crisis. I also came away from the conference call feeling better than I thought I would after looking at the numbers. I'm glad the financing deal is essentially done, negating the need for a "going concern" statement. Did you notice that Ken said that the auditors were going to render a clean opinion? I hope everyone takes the time to listen to the call. Not all roses, but it sounded like straight talk to me. Craig
