Ken, it's possible you're taking too much D3, causing hypercalcemia -- too much calcium in the blood.

The only way to know is to test your blood for D3.

I take 10k D3 per day, which puts my blood D3 level in the mid 70s. That's right where I want it.

For some people, though, supplementing with that much D3 would be way too much, driving their blood levels well over 100 and possibly putting them into hypercalcemia.

So get yourself a D3 blood test. You want the result to be between 60-80 ng/mL.

They say it's safe to have the level at 100 ng/mL or even higher, but if your level is that high, you can cut back on the D3 and see if that lowers the calcium in your blood.
