I've considered that I may be taking too much D3, although I just pulled my history from past exams to see what that told me. My doctor stopped testing my D3 level following my June 15, 2021 exam. My D3 showed a decreasing level for the 3-preceding lipid tests, done months apart. Those were: 110.4 ng/ml, 86.5 and 75.9 for the last one in 2021. I didn't keep a record of my D3 intake back then but suspect it was 5K daily, even back then. My Calcium levels vary during that time between 10.1 to 10.4, the latest was 10.3.

In spite of all that, I suppose it's possible the 5K level is still too high as I can't think of anything else I'm doing that would increase my calcium reading showing up just outside the safe margin. I just laid in a new supply of 5K pills (3 months' worth) but will pick up some 3K size and see how that looks. I'll talk to my doc and ask for the D3 test in his next blood work as he uses his own lab.
