Really, I believe SPCT now has six "sharks" after them for no real apparent reason.

Some suits are a joke, but what is definitely not a joke is for a company insiders to hype a stock, especially when an offering it about to be sold, to drive up a share price while they are dumping shares at the inflated prices. That is not a joke, that is fraud -- so many investors in SPCT saw the value of their investment drop by more than 50% in days -- all of which would never have occurred if management wasn't deceitful.
