Nope. Same war. Same combatants. Same situation. Putin took his usual 8 to 10 year pause in waging war on his neighbors because Russia is a poor country that can't afford to fight the wars it wants without pausing and rebuilding. Always happy to sign peace treaties and border agreements which it then violates when it wants to.
