Ed, I would have also liked to see an equity stake of some kind, but this deal certainly appears to be a step in the right direction. As I have stated previously, Ken, Cal, and Steve didn't let this one turn into a financial crisis before they acted. I also noticed that Ken said that they had multiple financial deals to consider. That indicates to me that financing is getting easier to get. Maybe not easy, but easier. <g> Now, if I can just bring myself to view the financing as another investment in Ancor's future, I'll be all right. I sure hope we get some HUGE OEM deals before the end of the year. <g> Craig
