Summing up, then... Q: Does SI have a policy for how board moderators can be changed when moderators disappear without having made arrangements for someone else to become moderator? A: No Q: Shouldn't boards whose moderators have died be frozen until a living moderator has been assigned, and the moderator is clearly identified in the header? A: No answer Q: Shouldn't people who are known to have died have their accounts locked to prevent others from posting under their names? A: No answer Q: Does SI now allow members to post using more than one alias? A: No official answer from SI, but we have seen that yes, SI is now allowing members to post using more than one alias. Maybe this board should be named Questions and no Answers with SI Admin, and D.Long's platform to make childish personal attacks on Heywood40.

Perhaps we should all just rein in our egos, stop the name-calling and false accusations, and humbly agree with Honey_Bee's very clearly expressed opinion on whether or not SI members should be allowed to post messages using a deceased person's login. Fair enough? Here's what she said: "If anyone uses the login for a deceased person, I would expect them to immediately be banished from Silicon Investor." Message 33673684 She even mentioned you by name in that message, in case you had forgotten. I totally agree with her. Do you?
