Bill, Tench lied about him being on the court when Trump was inaugurated. Fine, I made a mistake. Gorsuch was confirmed shortly after Trump's inauguration. Your original statement, though, is still wrong: "It was always left before Trump." Also, Kennedy was a lib. According to Google, there were 16 decisions during Kennedy's tenure that went 5-4 along ideological lines. Kennedy voted with the "conservative side" in 11 of those decisions, and on the "liberal side" in only 5. So it seems I was right about you. Your political center of gravity is out-of-whack.
