So you read my comment that I wasn't commenting on the topic you then raise the by your response. Geezuz, man. Go get a job as a Walmart greeter or something. You need something meaningful in your life.

You do realize that in most states all un-consented to sexual misconduct is labelled "sexual assault" by statute, don't you? That was done 20-30 years ago.

Florida, for example, doesn't give a whoowee about the label. Rape is sexual assault, sodomy is sexual assault, forced oral sex is sexual assault, "grabbing by the pussy and inserting a finger into the vagina" is sexual assault. New York maintains different definitions for criminal sexual misconduct.

What Kaplan said in a companion ruling in the case that gets you so heifered up was that an essential element of the defamation case was satisfied because the jury concluded, essentially, that Trump "digitally raped" Carroll.

You want us to stick with the fact that a jury of Trump's peers, with an opportunity for your beloved cross-examination, and an opportunity for Trump to refute the claim, concluded that Trump grabbing Carroll by the pussy and digitially assaulting her sexually was just "sexual assault"? Okay, fine by us I'm sure.

Feel better now?
