I never denied that. In fact I think it was political suicide to reverse Roe, even though it was a bad legal logic.

It's why Trump is making it very clear that a federal ban will never happen. Even if that message falls on deaf ears.

So States Rights is on your list of "not part of the Constitution"

Roe v. Wade was abolished.
