My understanding was that they were waiting for a financing package to come thru. The activity seems to follow this same trend. Something appears to be going on behind closed doors. Time will tell for sure.

Here are some details to start your enquiry:
The case was brought to the US Federal Court, Delaware
(case number # 95-556) by Supra Medical Corp
under RICO for fraud.
They claim, that the Baker Group took over that company through a pattern of misrepresentation and fraud,
particularly with fraudulent financial statements.
I do not know more about this case,sofar.

Light volume in UMSI today- a "mere" 50,000
shares. Worth all of $ 2000.-
