U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has reminded the citizens of Venezuela of the $15 million reward offered by the U.S. government for information leading to the capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. If Maduro is smart, he'll bail out of the country and seek asylum elsewhere while he still has the chance. Maybe that idiot, Sean Penn, will sponsor him. He's asking for a Ceausescu "up against the wall" outcome if he doesn't step down..
