No offense meant, but given that for every buyer there is a seller obviously interpreting "fundamentals" is not an exact science. If everyone looked at the fundamentals why does ACLY have so much support while many on this thread think it is no more than a big time scam. Are they looking at different numbers? Frankly, I would guess that many who are long in this stock are sitting on nice paper profits while most who are short are not quite so fortunate. Given that a lot of investors (especially those not as sophisticated as you who don't let emotions enter the equation) will take a profit quicker than a loss it may bode well for the shorts as you may see some serious selling on any market weakness or if nothing positive comes out soon. Lets face it many who own this stock think ACLY will be bought out at some inflated price or actually start making some serious money. Will they ride the stock down to the teens again while waiting, and give up their profits. Who knows. If the shorts didn't get nervous when the DEC announcement came out I doubt they will be covering unless there is some big time run up.

I'll look forward to Cal. Risks erudite response which I know will be forthcoming!
