there are many, many cases in which the mother has a non-viable pregnancy and is unable to get an abortion after 6-20 weeks, causing the mother's life to be in danger. People allowing full term abortions is an exaggeration for political gain. Full term abortions do not happen in the US. "Notably, discussions about abortions occurring later in pregnancy are often fraught with misinformation; in fact, abortions occurring “moments before birth” or even “after birth” are illegal in the U.S. and do not occur." The decision should be made by the doctor and parents. Not the government!
