Microsoft's S.F. Nemesis callaw.com

Hey JB long time no post. You're certainly right about the Pirates, I got confused by the PP's from Pennsylvania, it's like David Readerman and Daniel Rimer, plus too much alliteration. Sheesh, I still got a mental picture of Stargell in one of those "unique" Pirates caps.

Anyway, I came across this one a while back and was saving it for you. Not for general edification of course, just a choice quote. Forgive me if I'm mixed up again, I seem to remember you bringing up ADM, maybe in the Dole context.

But Microsoft is not the only headline-grabbing case the Washington, D.C., mothership has farmed out to the San Francisco office.

Previously, there was the Archer-Daniels-Midland food additive price-fixing case, which resulted in $200 million in criminal fines -- the biggest criminal fine ever obtained by the Justice Department.

Cheers, Dan.
