My HYSA is still earning 5.25%, tho the bank I have it with has lowered its 12-month CD 3x in the last month. Went from 5.35% to 5.25% to now 5.15%.

It is a substantial amount for me, so I am going to keep it where it is until it gets near 4%, then I will figure out something else. I dont use the interest at the moment so its not critical for income needs, but is a really nice compounder at 5.25%

re: "CD's. I no longer am getting 5% yields."

I use SWVXX and PVOXX money market funds paying 5.14% and 5.35% currently. 24 hours go get money so I make the sale the day before the RMD transfer.
