"RE HSY-Their payout ratio is ahead of their target (though still manageable)." I scanned the latest transcript and looked at some documents on their IR site, what is their payout target? I would appreciate the number if you know it? In looking at their own historical documents. Payout ratio was >65% (2015-2017 and they increased 6%, 7%, 8% in those years. Since then it has remained <= 50% and we have gotten the bigger +10% raises. I cant imagine a freeze but maybe I am missing some critical data. I could get on board with a lessor dividend than the previous 3 years, but a freeze? Hummmm. investors.thehersheycompany.com
