Ha ha ha! I've started slowly adding to tech again! I've set my target at 14% (up from 13.5%), and the latest purchase of MSFT brings me up to 13.6%. Moving slowly, so I can keep this up for as long as the market delivers me opportunities. The hangup right now is that MSFT is maxed out and there isn't a whole lot else in the sector that trades at what I consider an acceptable valuation.

Waiting for prices to fall so that more tickers turn green. (Green for me is a prediction of future gains, not a reflection of what they've done in the past.) If I get enough of those, I could go back to 18% tech. But let's cross that bridge when we come to it.

AAPL beat on earnings and revenue but the market isn't impressed, at least so far.

A 35 PE for a company growing 5%/year isn't that impressive. Nice that they beat but IMO they need to get back to double-digit growth to sustain the price (though I'm sure the buyback-fest continues).
