Thank you VERY much for that post. A coupla things:Well you heard it here first, aret hopes to have financials out some time next week (never heard that before). ROFLMAO! :)Barry told me Delmar needs to write management reports section of the financials so they can go out some time next week. Now I'm really confused here. The last time I spoke with Delmar about the financials, the management reports were written, but they conflicted with how certain figures in the financials were being handled, so they requested the auditors to change the figures in question. Sketchy understanding, at best, though. However, it would appear that what you were just told is in direct disagreement with what I was told earlier. Why is that? One possibility is that maybe management is giving in and revising their statements to mesh with auditors' figures rather than vice-versa? An optimistic possibility, granted, but I'm also thinking about pessimistic possibilities which are pretty obvious....I asked if it was the K or Q's and he couldn't tell me. My understanding is this: * 96 10K is what's currently pending. Been expected "any day" for about a month, I think. * 97 Q's (quarters 1 through 3) also being worked on and expected a few days after 96 K. * 97 10K also being worked on (fiscal year ended 12/31/97) and out well before the 3/31/98 deadline.I also asked when we could expect some news regarding our deals and he said that "good" news (pl.) is forthcoming I've been told the same thing. They are sitting on news. I suspected that a long time ago and had it recently confirmed, though they won't tell me the nature of the news.it would not be fair to the shareholder's at the moment to release the news without the financials being reported first Delmar and I have had exactly that discussion and it was he who said it wouldn't be right to do the news first, then financials. This has gone on too long AMEN!!! FINANCIALS! FINANCIALS! FINANCIALS! A word of warning, though. Too many irate phone calls would be counter-productive.
