Nice to see you're still around and posting chowder. Thanks for your numbers, certainly makes sense to me on a financial basis. It's the other side of the coin, the value of potential that's difficult to price.
At some point in the near future I'll be looking to reinvest sidelined cash, any suggestions?
Income preferred.

Good morning chowder. So decided to cut lose of 20% (100shares@123.43) of my IRM. I see I bought them at 34.47/sh(06/2017) in my roth account, so no complaints there. Absolutely gorgeous day here in the green mountain state today.
(I saw you were heading to Myrtle Beach- I lived there for almost 10 years in the '80's working as a field engineer doing construction layout on some of the ocean front condo buildings.)
