I was looking for one of your posts. This is not a "told you so" thing either ... you know that I wasn't a fan of the RUT for over a month now, as I watched the rotation into it ... I thought it was late action in the cycle and that small caps wouldn't benefit from reduced rates. Well I am looking at the chart now: The Russell is closing in on an important number, imo, 2040. If that breaks, you are going to make a ton being short the IWM.
