Jeffries issued a research report today. Anyone know whether it was an upgrade?

Don - Good article ! I knew it was all a *little* too good to be true,
and feel a little relieved to find something (mildly) negative.

However, the article doesn't suggest that it's all doom and gloom.
There could be a bit of a shakeout coming in the Gulf of Mexico. I
noted that until quite recently, TMAR have been making very good money
from day rates a lot lower than the ones being discussed.

I would also suspect that the Saevic aquisition gives them an established
presence in the North Sea. If things get too hot in the Gulf, it
presumably gives them the option to move vessels to the N. Sea ?
(Assuming of course that the problem is localised).
