I have been a long time follower of JMAR, basically since the IPO. JMAR has certainly had its ups and downs. Some of it was management error, and some wasn't. I have read many criticisms of the company, but I seriously doubt if most of the critics could have made better decisions. Pioneering new territory is never easy. This is not to say each decision management made was correct, but remember, we have the advantage of history when we measure the success of a decision.
I am more optimistic about the prospects of the company than ever before. As products are introduced, and earning follow, I believe we will see substantial improvement in the share price. JMAR is a hard company to follow. It is somewhat easier when you realize they really only have one 'product', LIGHT. X-ray lithography first attracted my attention. At this time EUV does not have a supporting infrastructure. X-ray litho does. The other products JMAR has are significant and could carry JMAR even without x-ray, but x-ray is a sleeping giant with more potential than anything else.
To those thinking about buying JMAR, you have to decide what you believe about the long-term prospects for the company. Debating about warrants or volume of announcement is futile and rather meaningless. If the company brings what has been promised to market, it will be successful. If you believe that buy now, it's a steal. If you don't then don't buy, or use it solely for a trading vehicle. (High tech companies can be good, but risky trading vehicles.)
Best wishes to all.
