I am all for it ... see reporting shells are still on the OTC like FBRR, CNHH, and MIDL. Caution once tyou invest in a shell be prepared to wait it is not a day trader or momentum play. Most of the shells have short positions that have not been covered. If they spike all heck and tactics is going to break loose. On favorite is cancel reinstate. ANother short and then cancel the sell and the reinstate comes at the sell price. These are tactics to keep the market liquid. If you do not have real time then you better be talking to someone that does. Shells are vicious in the trading. Look at AIGI sound company and on buying they take it down.
