My guess is it is the outfit out of Boston that has been buying up a lot of ISP's in New England. Their company name is 3 initials (not ATT) but I can't remember exactly who they are. Does anyone know of whom I refer to?

Sounds familiar. Although, mentioned on the thread, the item on Bell Atlantic appears to be an indicator that the Northeast may ramp up on ATM quickly. Could the ISP be Bell Atlantic?
