I understand perfectly what he says. Sometimes he speaks metaphorically. Sometimes the situation changes. Then again the Dems plan all along was to block him. Lie about Russian collusion, impeach him, fake dossiers and so on. Just to slow him down. So maybe it will take another term. You in?
