John...What I was saying is not to think "the battle is over" as you put it. It is my hope there will always be a new approach to the way we do business. Today's interview with Dell was a repeat of the new/old mantra of "direct sale". I ask, who does not sell direct? His new paradigm of doing business through direct sales is yesterday's news. As a buyer of technology I want more than "metal" sitting on a desk. In the market, today who doesn't. The BTO model will work when it says BTOWS, (with service).
